1 l milk
1 tsp salt
3 – 4 tbsp sugar
5 dl flour
50 g butter, melted
- Whisk the eggs heavily to break the structure.
- Add 0,5 l of milk, sugar, salt and melted butter and mix well.
- Add the flour and whisk heavily, until the dough is smooth.
- Add the rest of the milk and mix until smooth.
- Butter a large baking tray and pour the dough in it.
- Bake in 200 C for 40 min.
- Serve with plenty of whipped cream and strawberry jam.
